These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between NovaSonic Games PTE Ltd and its affiliate companies (“NS” or “we”) and you (“user” or “you”). By accessing or using any NS game or application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your access to and use of the Service indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. NS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such changes. If you do not accept the Terms, please discontinue your use of the Service.

It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms. Your continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, your only recourse is to stop using the Service and close any accounts you have created.

If you violate the Terms, NS reserves the right to issue a warning or immediately terminate or suspend any or all of your accounts without prior notice. NS also reserves the right to block access to the Service for users who violate these Terms or other rules of NS. The Service may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, without liability.

You affirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you confirm that your legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms.

Intellectual Property/Ownership

All materials included in the Service (including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, video, software, music, and other files, as well as their arrangement) are legally protected against unauthorized use.

The entire content of the Service is protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission from NS, except for your own User Content (as defined below). Unauthorized use of copyrighted material may result in civil and criminal penalties.

NS and/or its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in all materials provided through the Service. Using the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. NS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for personal purposes and subject to these Terms.

Virtual Currencies/Goods

The Service may offer virtual, in-game currency (“Virtual Currency”) that requires real-money payment. This Virtual Currency cannot be exchanged for real-world money or any item of monetary value from NS or third parties.

All Virtual Currency purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except at NS’s sole discretion. Any attempt to sell or trade Virtual Currency outside the Service or designated platforms is prohibited and may result in account termination or legal action.

NS reserves the right to modify or discontinue virtual goods and currency without notice. Payment options may include third-party platforms, and NS may adjust these channels at its discretion.

Personal information, such as account credentials and top-up records, will be securely maintained. Please ensure you use the Service in a safe environment to avoid loss or theft of data.

Rules of Conduct/Usage

The Service may include communication channels (“Communication Channels”) such as forums or chat rooms. NS reserves the right to manage or terminate these Communication Channels at any time. Content shared within the Communication Channels is not monitored or endorsed by NS, and users are responsible for the content they post.

You agree to follow all usage rules and not engage in prohibited activities, such as:

• Posting abusive, offensive, or obscene content.
• Impersonating NS employees or representatives.
• Uploading harmful software or viruses.
• Violating intellectual property rights.
• Sharing personal information about other users without consent.
• Exploiting game bugs or using unauthorized software to gain advantages.

User Content

By using NS’s tools, you agree to publish content (“User Content”) on the Service. You may not sell, distribute, or license this content without prior written permission from NS. NS may use your User Content for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

You are responsible for any content you upload. NS assumes no liability for errors or damages caused by User Content but reserves the right to remove any content without notice.

Modifying, Suspending, and Terminating Our Services

NS may add, modify, or discontinue features at its discretion.

• Reasonable notice will be provided for scheduled maintenance.
• Immediate termination may occur for legal or policy violations.
• Accounts inactive for 90 days may be deactivated.
• In unforeseen circumstances, the Service may be suspended without prior notice, and NS will not be liable for any resulting losses.

Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability

NS does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free Service. You agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk. NS disclaims all express and implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

NS is not liable for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in content.
• Unauthorized access to personal data.
• Service disruptions or harmful software transmitted by third parties.
• Loss of profits, data, or any indirect or consequential damages.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Singapore courts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
